Rep. Richard Hudson reintroduces concealed carry reciprocity legislation

Rep. Richard Hudson reintroduced the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, which would allow people with state-issued concealed carry licenses or permits to transport a handgun to any other state that allows concealed carry.
